These terms apply to the Mind Games Trivia website, free trial, subscription and software, provided by SGME Software LLC ("we," "us"). By requesting a trial, activating the software or subscribing, you agree to them.
The free trial runs 30 days from the date we activate your software. No credit card is required and nothing is charged during the trial. We may extend a trial at our discretion. We may decline or end a trial for any reason, including a conflict with an existing affiliate's service area.
After the trial, the subscription is $199 per month, billed monthly, for one licensed laptop and one host, with game downloads available up to four days a week, Monday through Thursday. Additional licensed machines are an added charge. The subscription is month to month. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are not refunded for partial months.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to install the software on one computer per licensed machine and to use the games we deliver for live shows you host. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or publish the software, the questions, the images or the music, or use them to build a competing product. Game content is date-stamped for the day it is issued and is for use in your own shows.
You are responsible for your equipment, your venue arrangements, and the accuracy of information you give us. You are responsible for keeping your company code and authorization code private.
We work to deliver a new game every show day and to keep the activation and download servers available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Training and support are included with the subscription and provided by email and phone during normal business hours.
The software and content are provided as is. We are not responsible for lost revenue, lost venues or other indirect damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms and the pricing. We will post changes on this page and, for price changes, give active subscribers notice before the next billing period.
