This policy describes how SGME Software LLC ("we," "us"), the maker of Mind Games Trivia, handles information collected through mindgamestrivia.net and the Mind Games Trivia software.
When you request a free trial or contact us, we collect the information you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, venue name, location, and anything you write in the message field. The software collects your company code, authorization code and basic machine information needed to activate your license and deliver game downloads. Game results you upload for league play are stored so standings can be published on mindgamestrivia.com.
We use your contact information to respond to your request, set up your trial, provide training and support, and send service messages about your subscription. We use software and machine information to verify licenses, deliver games and improve the product. We do not sell your information.
This site may use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These tools set cookies and collect information about how visitors reach and use the site. You can limit cookies through your browser settings.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as email delivery, payment processing and hosting, and only as needed for those services. We may disclose information when required by law.
We keep contact and account information for as long as you have an active trial or subscription and for a reasonable period afterward for records and support. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You can ask us to correct or delete your contact information by emailing rick@sgmesoftware.com. You can opt out of marketing email at any time.
